This is Spain’s finest ham: Pure Ibérico, raised free-range and fed on acorns in the dehesas of southwestern Spain. Each ham is cured naturally for over four years, developing its signature aroma, deep color, and outstanding texture. We offer it hand-carved by a ham carver that ensures the experience as it would be in Spain.
Aged for 10-12 months under the Protected Designation of Origin (DOP), it’s made from 100% Manchega sheep’s milk and matured in La Mancha, Spain. Outstanding flavor you won´t forget.
Ibérico breed in a Chorizo ensures quality and represents the Spanish tradition as it maximum level. Seasoned with premium smoked Paprika “ de la Vera”, it´s slowly cured using artesanal methods that bring out its delicious aroma and flavor.

We are two brothers from Seville who missed the flavors of their land while they lived in the Netherlands. That is why we decided to found Spanjeolé and bring to Amsterdam the authentic taste of tapas, cheeses and ham, sharing the Iberian essence with Dutch palates.
