Ibérico Bellota Lomo – D.O. Jabugo | Hijos de Onofre Sánchez Martín
One of the great treasures of Spanish charcuterie, handcrafted since 1887 in El Repilado, in the heart of the Sierra de Aracena. Onofre’s lomo is cut from the loin of the Iberian pig, seasoned with a secret recipe passed down through four generations, stuffed into natural casing and slowly cured until it reaches its perfect point.
Generously sliced, deep red in colour, beautifully marbled and with a flavour that blends the sweetness of acorns with the warmth of spices. In thin slices, this is one of those products that needs no accompaniment — just good bread and good company.
Presented in a 90 g pack, hand-sliced in the traditional style. Ready to enjoy.
