1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving their order.

2. Exceptions

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Perishable food products

Sealed food items once opened

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@spanjeole.nl, including photos of the product.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days using the original payment method.
